Nice place to ride! Will for sure be back!
There are all types of trails and terrain. The property overall is rocky, but that doesn't mean you'll be riding on rocks. You can choose your paths and there is even mud for the mudders.
The owners are nice and there is a very reasonable fee to ride.
Facilities are good, owners are nice. Great for 4 wheelers. Unfortunately, I'm not a 4 wheeler person. They have catered 100% to 4 wheelers now, that's where the money is, I get it and I wish them luck. For those on 2 wheels looking for a place to ride, please give this one a pass, it's not worth the drive due to typical 4 wheeler ruts and chewed up trails, no single track left and the people do NOT look out for bikes and there is no control out on the trails. Again, ok for 4 wheelers, NOT ok for 2 wheel and absolutely not ok for kids on bikes out there.
I always have a good time at Walters ranch. They are making some changes up near sign in and have added showers. 1500 acres of dirt bike trails. Every time I go I find somewhere I haven't been yet.
Awesome place to ride. Rained all night before, and still not muddy on trails. Lots of rocks, hills, and of course still some mud.
The Walter's Ranch is a great place to ride dirt bikes, atvs, and side by sides. The trails seem endless and the people that ride there are helpful.
